Alberta Children's Hospital

 
This service provides assessment, treatment, and follow-up for children with complex musculoskeletal injury or problems. 
 
 
 
 

Foothills Medical Centre

The Foothills Medical Centre is a level one trauma centre. The rotations based out of the Foothills are Trauma, Spine, Orthopaedic Oncology, and Arthroplasty.

 

 

Peter Lougheed Centre

 
The Peter Lougheed Centre is an academic community hospital. Orthopaedic Surgery rotations include Arthroplasty, Upper Extremity, Sport medicine/Arthroscopy and Foot and Ankle.
 
 
 

Rockyview General Hospital

 
The Rockyview Hospital is an academic community hospital, but not a trauma centre. It does see a large volume of single limb/isolated orthopaedic trauma. Orthopaedic rotations include the first year core orthopaedic rotations as well as Arthroplasty.
 
 

South Health Campus

A multidisciplinary team provides care for orthopedic patients including:

- care for orthopedic trauma patients
- care for total joint replacements
- care for orthopedic spine patients
- cancer care for the orthopedic patient
